Who called from 2136239999

I got 2 calls from them today. I looked the number up on Switchboard and saw this:

Moderate spam activity suspected. Well, I don't care if it's moderate or less! I don't want any calls from them. I blocked them on my cell phone.

Called but left no message

Calls but does not leave a message.

Robocaller.  CID shows Auto Mart Elect(ronics) and the phone number listing shows CAR PLUS ELECTRONICS.  Either way, they shouldn't be calling me.  Blocked

Call from "Windows", kept him on the phone as long as possible. When asked what I did on my computer I said that I used it to keep the door open when I had the windows open. He seemed confused. Asked how old my computer was I said about 20 years he finally hung up.
