I didn't know this was HSBC until I Googled the number and saw all of this stuff. If they would have spoken I would have known. My car will be paid off very soon, and that is not soon enough for me.
This people are the worst. HSBC auto, they call like 10 times a day. They don't know about collection practices or laws. When you finally answer they want to force you to borrow money from somebody so you can pay them. Also they want to get in your personal business asking all kind of questions. That's why HSBC suspended all new auto loans. They will eliminate this department.
Thanks for the info about Hsbc auto loans I have been plaqued with automated calls about a loan with them that is only five days past due
and not in collection. 15 calls a day,I turned off the phone, even though

Phone rang, but no one there when I picked up. If it is HSBC Auto Finance as the above stated then that would make sense as I just bought a new car through them, but they could have least have been on the other end of the line when I answered!
