I didn't know this was HSBC until I Googled the number and saw all of this stuff. If they would have spoken I would have known. My car will be paid off very soon, and that is not soon enough for me.
HSBC. What the [***]. I don't have a loan with them and they dare to autodial my cellphone number. Plus they had the balls to leave several voicemails. I don't know how they did that but that wasted a bunch of my money. So i blocked the calls from incomming.
This is HSBC Auto calling from their collections department. I did some research and found out that they start calling even new accounts that haven't made a payment yet. If you don't have an account, someone probably got your number while looking for someone else and lazily just entered it. Through escalation I found the person you need to speak to is John Molnar in their San Diego office. Mention him and they usually back off. If they don't press to speak to him.
