Received a collect call today from this # and it asked for a credit card # stating it was a collect call from my sons friend. It has my sons friend voice on it. I knew he was going to Texas so I thought something was wrong and input my cc # but the system said it was declined which it shouldn't been. Now I am afraid that was a big mistake. Called the number back and answering message that the call couldnt be completed.
This number is calling my cell phone (which is also my work phone) dozens of times throughout the day and night. My cellular service tells me there is no way to block just 1 number from my phone.
I actually tried to answer it once and it was recording from ? County Texas Correctional Facility. The recording leaves countless voice mail messages on my phone asking if I will "accept the charges".
My number is restricted and this has been harassing me for about 11 days now. This has to end - how can I make that happen???
My husband just called me from a pay phone in charlotte nc and this is the number that came up on my cell phone. I tried to call it back just to see if I could get back to him after we hung up but I did get a busy signal like everyone else. Nothing to worry about.
Got a call from this number this morning asking me to accept something. I didnt answer this call because I didnt recognize the number, it went to voicemail, and the recording on my voicemail says: "To decline these charges, press 9 or simply hang up". Please do not answer this call if you see this number on caller ID unless you know them. I suspect it is a scam.
