Received a collect call today from this # and it asked for a credit card # stating it was a collect call from my sons friend. It has my sons friend voice on it. I knew he was going to Texas so I thought something was wrong and input my cc # but the system said it was declined which it shouldn't been. Now I am afraid that was a big mistake. Called the number back and answering message that the call couldnt be completed.
Someone called my Dad from this number(214-969-5489) saying it they were calling about my brother who got released today, and said they need $100 and asked my Dad to give them his credit card number, My Dad told them that he did not have the number in hand and to leave a number for him to call them back and they said no and hung up... My sister was all worried he was being held hostage and were demanding ransom... who the hell are these people....????
orange county, california....received a call from this number on my home phone. Didn't get to answer before the machine picked up. It was "Cara" calling collect. Don't know anyone named cara, or anyone else who calls collect now a days. People try to get you anyway they can.
Call from this number came to my cell phone (a Seattle number but I live in Denver). They didn't leave a message and when I call back it is either busy or rings without answer.
