Received a collect call today from this # and it asked for a credit card # stating it was a collect call from my sons friend. It has my sons friend voice on it. I knew he was going to Texas so I thought something was wrong and input my cc # but the system said it was declined which it shouldn't been. Now I am afraid that was a big mistake. Called the number back and answering message that the call couldnt be completed.
received a call from this number early afternoon on 09 01 08; didn't recognize the number so didn't answer; shortly after, got a message from my significant other from the Charlotte NC airport; hmm, let's see, suggestions of Louisville, Dallas, somewhere in Texas, and now Charlotte, NC airport. I am going to save it in my phone marked as Unknown-Charlotte, NC and see what happens.
A area code look up and reverse look up through WhitePages.com shows the number to be a land line in Dallas Texas and to be carried by Southwestern Bell.
I rec'd a "collect call" from my scum-bag brother (thinking it had something to do w/my older brother, I accepted the call). He claimed he was in Marble Falls, TX - trying to get to the bus station in Austin for the ride back to Dallas. Told him to call somebody who cared! Also googled the number and found it to be a land-line in Dallas. My bro has been in and out of jail for years, scamming people w/3rd party phone bills, etc and other more damaging crimes. Now I have to check my phone bill to make sure he didn't charge other calls there. What a waste of a human life he is...
