ridiculous! David's Bridal and they also call from an 800 number. Harrassing people, never leave messages and call me about 5 times a day. They call right at like 8:59 at night and legally they can not call after 9pm. I agree with the above commenter that no matter how cheap thier sales are I will not buy my wedding dress from David's!!!
I called DB about this and they said it was a number set up by a disgruntle customer as a "scam" of some sort. She gave me a number to call. 1-800-823-2403 and press 0 for the operator. It is not from them.
how does this "disgruntle" customer have our information? have they hacked into the system? so now they have my address phone number and other info!!!????? this is not something that i wanted to be a part of!
This is a legitamite David's Bridal number. If you call it they will direct you to call 1-888-480-2743 to set up the appointment you signed up for on their website. It's all automated, that's why no message left
I found this site after googling a number that kept calling me and leaving no answer.
Thats annoying and unprofessional.
When I registered I specifically said that I did NOT want to set up and appointment, and that I wanted to be contacted via EMAIL ONLY! I think I am going to buy my dress elsewhere.
