Same sort of stuff as others have mentioned. This number has called my business dozens of times in the last few months. Call comes across caller id as Pennsylvania, but people on other end sound like they are from India or the like. They say they are from a business called search-green.com and provide search listing info. But, there is no website by such name. I go through listing verification, then the person switches me over to his supervisor to "verify" with a recording, and then she starts talking over the recording at one point, saying "okay, this is just the part where we verify you are the owner". When my response wasn't "yes", but was "I did not hear the recorded question" they hung up. Yet they have called relentlessly since.
OMG! I felt sure that after my below conversation that I'd for sure p*ssed them off and hopefully they won't call back! I did the same thing you did when they wanted me to say "yes" I said basically the same thing. I hope I got thru to them or this Texas gal is gonna get out a can of woop *ss on them!
