The Do Not Call law has to be changed. The F.C.C has to be forced to do their job. They are impotent and they refuse to prosecute under the current law. They come up with one excuse after another. I started keeping the acknowledgement letters from my complaints and I have between 10 and 30 complaints for the same phone numbers with no action on the part of the F.C.C.
DO NOT ANSWER "YES" to any question. They stated my phone number. When they asked if this was my phone number - I asked them "Did I answer it?' They stated my address like they never heard of such a place. Tell them the mailman knows where we're at. When asking for my zip code, I asked "What do you have?" They hung up. They need to get you to say YES - Don't ! IF you can get them to hang up with dumb answers or comments, they generally take you off their list.
