Who called from 2155798144

I received the call this week of May 11 th 2009 - no one spoke when I answered.

I've been getting several calls each week from someone, each time it's a different name and number, but the exact same recording, same male voice. Something about important info about my home mortgage and the gov't stimulus plan. I hang up as soon as I hear the voice. I'm sure it's a scam and these calls are definitely illegal.

Why did I receive this call?  I don't know anyone in this area code.  They did not leave a message.

I don't know who this is but have two calls from them.  They  hung up on me each time.
