How come the phone companies let these companies use weird unlisted #'s to do cold calling. If these were legit you would think they would leave a call back number that works.

Do-Not-Call registry is a joke. These bad telemarketers just ignore it, and there are no consequences. Dubya, Fiend Cheney, and AT&T were in cahoots enough to know if I so much as said a curse word on my own telephone, but our federal government seems too inept to actually fund and enforce Do-not-call, find these idiots, and fine them. It's keystone cops, folks.
