Who called from 2167632150

This number is from a Medical Billing Company.  They harass people to pay overdue medical bills.

This was Cuyahoga Community College. They were testing an emergency alert system the message said.

This number continues to call my phone looking for "Bennett"-- who that is, I haven't the slightest idea. And you would think my voicemail greeting clearly stating "this is [name]'s phone" would tip them off. Ugh.

Computized call stating this isn't a sales call, please call an 800 number or press 1 to speak to a rep.

Call several times a day, beginning at 8:15 AM and ending around 9 PM.  I see by the comments on this site that this is a medical bill collection agency of sorts, but if you do not owe any medical bills, what are they really calling about?
