i get the sdame thing. the women i spoke with told me that they would not accept check or debit card. they wanted the payment secured only by a che cking account number. she even threatend to take me to court and garnish my wages.  is that even legal to do?

Not true, I just paid my bill through them and they did a check by phone free of charge!!!

No it's not legal for them to say- they say a lot of things- that's why people avoid speaking with them.
