Who's going to do that? It won't be anyone on here since you can do that better than we can. This site doesn't offer call blocking, or placing individual's numbers on any no call lists.
As a matter of fact, if they continue and cross the lines laid out specifically for them, they can still get into trouble. Charity's are exempt from the DNC list, but they still have rules and they can still be reported. You just don't report them to the DNC since it is aimed at Telemarketers only. However, State laws may differ also. For example, Charity's are not allowed by law in Oregon to call period. So you need to check your states laws as well as the FTC/TCPA.. So if they break your state law, then you can file complaints with both state and federal.

Dear J Catcott .
800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also.
Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
Get numerous calls from them and never answered. Finally answered because I was waiting for a call back from a legitimate business.
The person said that I'm hard to reach because she finally got a hold of me. I told her that I'm hard to reach because I don't want to be bothered and stop calling me because I get so many charity solicitations in a week that I'm not giving to anyone.
The Center for Investigative Reporting and Tampa Bay Times along with CNN investigated this particular charity and it's one of the worst 50 charities in the country.
FYI, I no longer give to any charity that solicits me via phone. It appears that if you give to one organization that contacts you via phone that they provide the number to other charities and you get more and more solicitations.
