The Lincoln Police have received numerous complaints about the telephone number (217)735-2128. The Lincoln Police and FBI suggest anyone receiving nuisance calls from this number to put their phone numbers on the Do Not Call Registry.
The phone number is a legitimate number, however a telemarketer is using the number by "spoofing" it from another phone number.

I GET A CALL ALMOST EVERY WEEK FROM 217-735-2128 WHEN I ANSWER THEY HANG UP. WHEN YOU CALL THE NUMBER BACK IT ALWAYS SAYS MAIL BOX IS FULL CALL AGAIN LATER. LOOKS LIKE THE PHONE COMPANY COULD FIND OUT WHO THIS PERSON IS AND TURN THEM IN. WHY WOULD THEY CALL AND NOT TALK DONT MAKE SINCE.
