finally answered this number. male said he was with illinois state police and soliciting for money to stop drunk drivers. said he would send me information. didn't know my name (supposedly) but had my address.
Who is this annoying pain in the butt? I got 3 calls today and two yesterday. All I get is a beep and a click. I call back and the mailbox is always full. Isn't there something we can do to stop this idiot?
