These people have been calling my husband's cell.  I called the number and the recording said that we were receiving this call because we had recently visited their website.  My husband is a dementia patient.  He does not use the computer or his cell phone, except to talk to me during the day (he has a home caregiver with him during the day).  He has not used a computer in about 9 yrs.  Recording says if you take the survey, you get a "free" Walmart gift card but you have to pay shipping and handling.  I had to sit through the recording, take the survey and was finally connected with the shipping dept.  A guy named Ken answered and I told him I wanted his company name I was filing a complaint because they are calling someone registered with the Do Not Call registry.  He told me that by taking the survey, I gave them permission.  I told him, "No, YOU called us BEFORE I called you back."  He said, well, by pressing "1" you gave us permission and YOU called US.  I told him I wasn't going to argue with him, I wanted his company name.  He told me he would remove me from their private call list.  I told him again, I wanted his company name and I was filing a complaint.  He hung up on me.  I tried to call back and the call wouldn't go through.  HE BLOCKED ME!

I called back from a different phone and went through the survey again, finally got a woman in shipping and told her the same.  She said that the company name is Royalty Rewards and the corporate office number is 800-635-2998.  I told her to let Ken know that I was filing a complaint against him as well.  I removed all of our numbers off their list and called the FCC to make a complaint.

Here's how you make a complaint:

You can file a complaint by telephone to 1-888-CALL-FCC (1-888-225-5322) voice or 1-888-TELL-FCC (1-888-835-5322) TTY, by fax to 1-866-418-0232, via our electronic complaint form at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm, or mail. For the FCC to process your complaint you must either fill in the electronic form completely or otherwise indicate:

your name and address;

the home phone number where you received the solicitation;

identification of the individual or company whose products or services were being advertised or sold, and any phone numbers included in the call;

a description of the call;

any phone number provided to allow you to “opt-out” of future calls;

whether you or anyone else in your household gave the caller express prior permission to call;

whether you have an EBR with the caller (specifically, whether you or anyone else in your household made any purchases of property, goods, or services from the company that called, or made any inquiry or filed an application with the company prior to receiving the call).

If mailing a complaint, send it to:

Federal Communications Commission
Consumer & Governmental Affairs Bureau

Unbelievable.  They called his cell again this evening.  When I pressed 1 to speak with someone about my "free" WalMart gift card, it told me everyone was busy due to high call volume and to leave a message.

I then called FCC to make another complaint.

I'm not only getting messages from this number but numerous others as well. And I'm in the northern suburbs of chicago. VERY irritating!

got a call from this number.  first time they offer debt reduction (recorded message).  second time, i call them back and got another recorded message offering a Walmart gift card for a short survey.  I reported them to the Do Not Call List and get my cellphone carrier to block the number.

Received two phone calls to my cell.  Did not answer.  Called number back, turned out to be a Walmart survey.
