2nd call i've received in the past month from 217-999-8686. First time i answered and i couldn't understand anything they were saying and hung up. Second time i didn't answer because i didn't recognize phone number. Would like to know how to stop or block this call.
They keep calling my cell phone I do not speak Spanish. So now I quit answering just let it ring. Do not call does not work. All our numbers are on the list. But still get these calls.
