The system works against the individual. Why is it up to me to put my number in the no-call list? It should automatically be put there. If people want to receive telemarketing calls, then people should subscribe to them. not the other way around.
This is a problem with the system and the lawyers who defend it, the corporate lobbyists who won't let it be changed, and the spineless, two-faced politicians who will take the money everytime.
