I too have gotten numerous calls this week from them. They kept saying they need a payment immediately and my account is up-to-date. I told them that I would pay again on the 22nd of December and they said that is goo because it is due on the 23rd...why are they calling then is what I want to know? I also recieved calls from another # of theirs it is (402)220-4351
this is chase USA do not owe them they left a vm for a women saying -important mess please call#800-659-8741 this is chase bank about your acc TOLD THEM WRONG PERSON!!!!!!!!!1 STILL GET CALLS MY PHONE IS TURNED OFF!!!!!!
I have received several calls from this number asking to renew magazine subscriptions, give credit card info, and give bank info.
This is most definitely a phishing scam, I don't think it's actually CHASE.
I called the number back and pretty much called the guy out on the other end. He kept saying this is Chase Bank I need your account info, and then hung up. THIS IS A PHISHING SCAM. DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY NUMBERS, ACCOUNT INFO, OR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS. I will be reporting them.
