I too have gotten numerous calls this week from them. They kept saying they need a payment immediately and my account is up-to-date. I told them that I would pay again on the 22nd of December and they said that is goo because it is due on the 23rd...why are they calling then is what I want to know? I also recieved calls from another # of theirs it is (402)220-4351
This is a scam. They called today and said I was late on a Chase credit card payment and that i needed to give them $140 right away. They asked for my account number, but since I had just woken up I didn't realize that I didn't even have a Chase credit card. Once I realized that I didn't have anything with Chase, I told the man to let me talk to his boss and he said that there was a misunderstanding, and hung up on me. I later Chase and they said that it was not them that had called. It is a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION
calling multiple times, including 8 am on sat morning. They ask you to hold for an important message, then disconnect. I call them back 2 different times, both times they ask for a credit card number first thing, which I told them no way am i giving them my info, but then they say well then they have no way of stopping the calls. They say they are chase credit card services.
Dont give them info! They called me again and tried to get my bank account info, saying I have a late payment for a chase card and they could take care of it now, could they please have my checking account info. Didnt give them anything, but 3 times in one day tried to get credit card # or bank account #. I also called Chase and they said there were no issues with a credit card.
they call and never leave a number, also when i answer they ask me for my credit card # if their call me they should have the credit card information in front of them.
