I too have gotten numerous calls this week from them. They kept saying they need a payment immediately and my account is up-to-date. I told them that I would pay again on the 22nd of December and they said that is goo because it is due on the 23rd...why are they calling then is what I want to know? I also recieved calls from another # of theirs it is (402)220-4351
ATTENTION PLZ!!! I found a way to silence unwanted calls. Some cell phones dont have a "silent ring tone" setting for incoming calls! Other phones have vibrate only (hard on btry life). Go into your phones menu and look for recording, record complete silence for 30 seconds then save as "silent ring tone" Next, just assign any number that bothers you to this silent tone!! It worked for me!! Hope this helps in the battle against unwanted calls.
I have a credit card through a local bank and make payments to a different agency but none to Chase and to the best of my knowledge this company has no affiliation with them. Finally after 25 calls using 3 numbers and leaving only 1 vmail, they say they are chase which, again, I have no ties to them to my knowledge...wtf?
I love how they call for someone else (a ladies name), but even after telling them that I do not know the lady and have never heard of her, they continue to call my number.
For crying out loud, this is Sunday, and I have ill relatives in the hospital in another city and they continue to call me on Sunday. When I go to church I will pray hard for Chase, they have enough money to not have to harrass folk all the time....I insensitive they can be...I truly believe these folk are getting below minimum wage!!!
If you have a Droid, add the number to your contact list, then scroll down to additional info and all the way at the bottom you can select "send straight to VM" My phone never rings anymore and they will never reach me either. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh silence!
