Called today for first time. I usually don't answer caller unknown but am sick of telemarketers. When I answered he said welcome back and laughed a scary laugh and hung up.
This is one of the latest SCAMS. Calling about your Autoweek subscription will give you a special rate. All we need is your Credit card number. When you ask if they handle all of Autoweeek's renewals they say yes. Autoweek does not call to renew. Ask for a call back number to verify and they will just hang up.
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER !!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will send anyone $5 via paypal for this companys physical address..
They have been pestering me for months and months about my beloved autoweek subscription, of which I am paid up till 2014. telling me my subscription will be ending next month and I have to renew it now or there will be a price increase. They sometimes call twice a day and at minimum 4 times a week.
Recieved call inquiring about my TV Guide subscription. I said I do not have a subscription for TV Guide. She said "So you do not receive TV Guide?", when my reply was "No" she hung up on me.
