they call regarding your "credit card" ending and they verify the last 4 digits (at least in the experience that I just had on my business phone number) and start talking about bonus gas card and walmart card, etc...i think they're trying to rip off CC numbers as this account was closed 2 months ago for fraudulent charges. I have already reported their number to my employer so they can put it on a block list.
Caller id said PRV. So these scammers are calling on weekends too. I have been getting a lot of calls from 231-732-26xx. They never leave a message so I know they are scammers.
received call from 231 732 2643 had my name my c.card last 4 digts and sending me wal-mart card , free this and that. etc. I told no no no and have reported it to my bank, local s.o. office and my telephone provider. very much a scam.
