Also read about this number at another page..doing Calling trying to get people to Donate Money in FEB 2015, also..So it Seems they Continually do this..BLOCK THIS NUMBER IF YOU CAN!
Thanks to Ed's transcript, here's the lowdown...
The caller is Corporations for Character, one of several professional telemarketing firms hired by Breast Cancer Outreach Foundation.
Check them out on www.charitynavigator.org and you'll find that less than 1/2 of donations go to programs, and more than 25% each goes to advertising and 'expenses'.
One more thing... The CEO gets over $100,000 annually to 'oversee' everything. (I'm definitely in the wrong line of work!)
I'm not saying they're crooks, but if you want to donate to breast cancer, there are MUCH more responsible charities out there.
Every year...almost same time of the year...this fake BCFA Breast Cancer whatever calls. They are peristent, aggressive, and don't take no for an answer.
