Who called from 2392439059

I have received 3 calls from this number, but since I didn't recognize area code, rejected it.  Mainly because I am being harassed by Educare Centre Services on another scam, & since they seem to keep changing phone numbers, I didn't want to take a chance.

I get about 2 calls daily from this number so today i just decided to randomly call it back, it didnt even ring and the phone was already answered and a man said 'hi is this paige?' I asked who it is and he just mumbled something and i hung up

They are asking if I received a topical pain gel, when yoiu say no I don't use that they hang up on you!

They were trying to get my insurance information for a pain reliever cream. Wouldn't tell me anything about the company. Not even a location.

did not answer phone as do not know anyone from that number. I am on , do not call list so should not be receiving these scam calls anyways.  reading others experiences why is this number still in existence.
