This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by not having an operator on the line when the phone is answered, and still further violate the TCPA by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. This scammer's recording tells you that this is your second (false, they call much more than that) and final (also false, as they keep calling) notice to lower your interest and payments on your credit card debt. They further violate the TCPA by refusing to provide a phone number or physical address when asked, demonstrating that this is a scam, if the recording hadn't made that absolutely clear. Do not provide this scammer any personal or financial information.
Furthermore if you ask what company they are calling from they hang up on you immmediately. They also hang up if you ask where they got your number. I asked them to remove me from the list and they call again anyway as if I will change my approach.
These assailed need to be locked up! They call 8-10 times per week even after you request that they quit calling. Everybody thst gets a call from this company needs to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission in hope to put a stop to the nonsense!
They all my number several times a week. I have my phone line connected to a fax line so I do not get to answer the phone. But I keep getting a fax log with this number on it. I am getting tired of it. My husband tried to call the number but only a recording of "Do you want to be put on a do not call list?" Getting tired of it!!!
