Who called from 2403451622

just got a call from this number - did not answer as I do not answer calls from #'s  out of state or from #'s I do not know

I received an automated voice message telling me to call 240 356-3011 as they filed a lawsuit against me. I did not respond.
About 5 weeks later, I received the same call 2 days in a row, but the call back number this time was 360 362-5970. Needless to say, I have not returned any of their calls.
