I have received 22 calls from these people in the past two months. Sometimes I answer and tell them to take me off their list. They ignore that, and the calls keep coming. That's harassment, and it is or should be illegal.
Rec'd a call from 248-429-4201 I believe it is a TELEMARKETER but on behalf of some Veterans assoc here in Mich..... I did not listen to much because I told him I already gave to two Veterans associations ... as I was hanging up he said No Mr xxx wait !! but I did not wait ..... I give money when they send me the stuff in the mail but not on the phone because when a telemarketer is involved the charity gets virtually nothing of the donation
Just found this number on my caller-id. This call would not be answered by me for two reasons: the caller is in Michigan and no one I know lives in Michigan and two I only answer calls that I know who is calling. I am glad that I did not get up to see who was calling. I hate using the telephone anyway. And that is the truth as I know it!
I live in NYC and received several calls from this Michigan number and from 810-244-5113. I picked up once and they claimed to be representing the Marines. It is clear they are scammers.
