Yeah dude I got the same call from this number as well, same "Hi Thing" Its pretty messed up that citizens of the united states cant even keep thier own cell phone number private anymore. Im thinking about tracking these people down myself. Its sad too because people like me actually do try thier best to handle things within the law. But the law only helps us so much, then they just dont care after a while. *Sigh* Wheres the Gat?
Young woman recording message regarding our previous discussion on how to lower the interest rates on my credit cards. Small challenge is that I live credit free since 2007 and hold no credit cards. Obviously a sales driven call resulting, most likely from a partnership on a website or page that I visited.
Not deserving of a call back or alarm but annoying. :)
They just called me, said, "Uh, hi", and then the call was disconnected. I called back, and it was a recording of a young woman, and had the option of pressing '1' to be removed from their calling list.
Just received call, says since I am only making min payments they can lower something to 1.5% Did not say whether Mortgage or Credit cards, problem is, I am not making minimum payments on either, and have no credit card debt. Interesting. They left 888-261-4660 as call back #, obviously won't be calling them back. Could not understand who they said was calling, I think it said credit bureau or something to that affect. Bye Bye.
