I got a call from a lady named Deb that said she was calling from the Alpharetta Dentist Group, wanting to get a message to the doctor. She said that they were already working with Dr. Pausa and his colleagues, they would not give anymore detail to the message than that. I also received a call from 361-221-1006 from Chris at Alpharetta Dentist Group with the same information.
Yes we just had the same thing...a guy called and said he was pat and that he wants to speak to the Dr. I asked him who he was and he said this is pat from Costa mesa dentist group and to have Dr call and ask for Chris the manager. I then told Pat that the Dr will not be returning a call unless she knows who and what it is regarding. I then asked if it was a mutual patient and he said no. I hung up on him
We had the same thing this morning....Guy with thick accent said to have my Dr call regarding Fairfax Dentist group and to call back Chris at this number and I asked what this is regards to, and he just said to have my Dr call back.
Received the same call, but this time it came from 361-221-1006. Woman with a thick accent asking the doctor to call back her manager, Chris Bool with the Costa Mesa Dental Group. There is no such group.
A female called here asking to speak with the doctor they were calling about Parker Dentist group and wants the doctor to call her manager back Chris. Explained there is no such group, and asked to be removed from their calling list, she told me she doesn't have a list. I ended up hanging up on her
