They have been calling me every day at 11;30am and it is very annoying. I too have a mortgage through Nationstar which was recently taken over from GMAC.
I have never been late on my mortgage and I always send a little extra to put towards the princpal each month. I never answer the call because I am at work but I hear the phone vibrating in my purse and it very distracting.
Caller advised that htey were offering a lower interest rate on all mortgages with Nations atra Mort. Company out of Texas. India / Pakistani accent. It's that "to good to be true" thing. My Company would not do these via phone. If I wanted this I would call them. Leaving well enough alone!!!!!!! Watch out.

THIS PEOPLE IS TRYING TO GET YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY, AND PERSONAL INFORMATION, THEY ARE EVEN SAYING THIS CALL WILL BE MONITORED, THEY ARE TRYING TO OFFER YOU REFININCING, THEY ALSO SAID TO ME THAT I DO NOT QUALIFIED FOR MODIFICATION???? HOW THEY GOT MY INFORMATION IN THE FIRST PLACE?

PHILLIPINES, OR INDIA, GOT ON THE PHONE, AND SAID AFTER WILL GO OVER YOUR INFORMATION, I AM GOING TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO MY SUPERVISOR, THAT IS WHEN THIS GUY SAID I DO NOT QUALIFIED FOR MODIFICATION. I ALREADY SPOKE TO MY BANK, AND THEY ARE GOING TO GO AFTER THEM.
