I actually had the same problem, I was so out of it that I confirmed the zip code. I've cancelled my card, but I was hoping you could tell me how you dealt with the problem, since your post was made about a year ago I thought you might be able to help.
recieved numerous calls from these scamers, same thing, when i finally answered, they offered many bundles and preffered customer, blah blah blah...., asked him how he ( Derick Tinker was his name) obtain my number and continued through the damn bundles, i asked for his telemarketer id and refused to provide it. I asked him to put me on a DNC list , he then asked to enter my # through a prompt touch tone service service. WTF!!!
I've received multiple calls from these people. I got lucky in the sense that the last person who had this number is the one listed on their side. Still scary though. They didn't say what company they are from and they wouldn't tell me. Still receiving calls from that number though. Very annoying.
