Called me. I did not recognize the number so did not answer. I am also on the DNC list. I am not interested in anything these people have to say to me whether I am being paid or not. It is still very intrusive.
Maybe Yes, Maybe No. This phone number has been associated with all sorts of calls.
1. Even if legit, completing a survey might just line a person up for more of these calls. If a person has time for that, OK.
2. Even if legit, can a person be confident that your number might be sold to people who aren't so legit?
My general rule is the less you take of legit calls, the less marketing and scam calls you will get. If you want fewer calls, be vigilant and careful about letting your number out to surveys and just about anything else. A survey is not obligatory, and you have the right to your privacy.
All my incomming calls are monitored by
DU Caller. I had the name of the company and the type of call they make by the 2nd ring!!! Surveys. I didn't answer the phone and now I can block the phone number and not be bothered by calls from them again. DU Caller, you make it so easy. Thank you.
They left a message saying they were doing research on behalf of USAA. I am not going to answer the calls. I don't want to be bothered with calls period. That's why I am on the do not call list, which has never served a purpose from day 1. They call anyway, lol.
