Who called from 2816474152

they call all times of day & night no matter what day it is. never leave message & when you call back they put you on hold.

This is the second time I received a call from this company.  It's a pre-recorded message telling me it is very important business that can not be discussed on the phone.  If it is so important, why isn't a human making the call?  It leaves a number to call back, but I am wary about calling it back fearing that this is some sort of a scam which will run up my phone bill.

I get calls from this phone no. at all hours. I am tired of it. Can you stop this from happening anymore?

Obviously, you are someone who works for Universal Fidelity, or whatever its name was/is.
