Who called from 2816474152

I have no credit cards at all.  I have no consumer debt.  (My student loans will not begin repayment until May of 2015.)  Even so, I have a message from this telephone number on my voice-mail.  Returning calls from entities of this ilk only encourages them to continue calling in hope that they have, indeed, reached the target.  My cell-phone, however, does have IOBit mobil that has a call-blocking feature.

This number is a land line, not to mention a debt collecter is not allowed to call after a certain time at night, nor are they allowed to call multiple times.

This number is calling mine and it is a scam

keeps calling and noone is one the phone when it is answered or when the answering machine takes over.

illegal harrasment, no debts, does not respect do not call list, does not verify whom debt is to.
