i just received a message from an officer john addams saying he was from the office of federal bureau of investigation and that i have an investigation against my social and listed the last four of my social and that if i didn't respond to his call may god be with me and he too has a heavy indian accent. when i called the number back a recording comes on with a lady you can barely understand thank god i did a phone number look up and saw these complaints, cause i know if the FBI wanted to contact me first thing is that i would receive a letter with the government official stamp telling me when to contact them and not threating phone calls, they know if you threaten someone right off the bat chances are that person would runa dn hide not call ou back. so whom ever they are take me to court and prove your case.
They called my work 3 times and my cell more than that. When they call my cell, it pops up as "Emergency Number" with no actual phone number listed. They called me again tonight and when I asked them what the phone number they are calling from, they gave me the 281-670-7252 but they were authorized to use the emergency number. I then said, "so you work for the police?". He said yes, then I told him, "You work for the police department", he then quickly changed his mind and said no. When I asked where they are located, as in city and state, the guy replied, "city Austin state Texas", exactly like that! Since the accent was so thick, I had him repeat it. When I pointed out that Austin has a 512 area code and not a 281 area code, he proceeded to threaten to call the police and have them show up at my house or place of employment! When I told him to call the police at my employment because I am sure the police would like to hear of this scam and since the State Troopers I work with would like to share their information on how they have been harassing me at work, to go ahead! The guy kept trying to interrupt me when I told him to not call me again, and if he did, it would be against the law! I also told him to never call my work! I then hung up!
Prior in the day, they wanted me to give them my credit card information.... First off, if I had a credit card, why would I have to get a payday loan. He said that it was for Cash Advance payday loan that I took out.
I ve been receiving calls from this officer Name Frank Ruiz apparently from federal department they don't speak a good English and there very bad and scary calls . !!!!
i have been receiving the same kinda of calls every morning from this individual claiming i am going to be arrested ect i usually don't answer those calls so he leaves me a message which i can barley understand with a very noisy background, yelling at me to call a officer ron snider at the federal department. frankly he just pissing me off. i am more than positive ill be getting another call in the morning, so i googled the number and thank goodness i did cause this is what i found out..he was starting to freak me out.. but ya anyone receving this number to your phone beware...
these people, i knew right away this guy was a scam, and i told him so. he continued to try and talk to me, would not give me his location, i told him he was a criminal, and after a while he was cussing at me and telling me to suck his you know what. what a joke if you do have a payday loan, its a civil case not a criminal case, just report this to the FCC.
