Just got the same message and tried to call it back as well. No answer, no recording. Thank you for posting your experiences, I can see it must be a scam!
Recorded message saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. I knew it was a scam so I didn't bother writing down the return #. Guess this # is going to go on my blocked call list.
