Yep. I had the exact same experience just now. It showed up "diverted call" on my caller ID. I let vm pick it up & it left the same recorded message. I've not applied for any sort of loan at all.
These [***] foreigners.. get your cell number and send solications for payday loan. don't trust the [***]. the same [***] is responsible w different numbers. they use random numbers to solicit biz hoping some dumb [***] will go online and fill out their [***] paperwork.. RUN>> RUN RUN FOREST RUN
