Yep. I had the exact same experience just now. It showed up "diverted call" on my caller ID. I let vm pick it up & it left the same recorded message. I've not applied for any sort of loan at all.
I got the call from 281 786 4015. Caller ID displayed it as an Anonymous call. It was a robo call for a "payday loan". Claiming we'd applied for and been approved for one. We have never applied.
The recording went on to direct me to their website of billpaydotcom and enter an approval code.
Clearly this is some type of scam. When I attempted to call the number back, it went directly to a recording that the mailbox was full.
I Reported this number immediately to the Do not call list.

have recieved this message before and the same message, that I applied and was approved for a payday loan which I didn't apply for nor am I interested in this kind of garbage, I blocked this number but the scammers will just use another number to call and harrass
A vm was left from this number 281 786 4015 saying .."We have some great news for you. You've recently applied for an online loan. Our lenders have given your application a second look and your're now approved up to $1000... to collect your funds got to our platinum members approve site at www.paydayspeed.com and use your approval code"
I have not applied for any loans anywhere!
