Yep. I had the exact same experience just now. It showed up "diverted call" on my caller ID. I let vm pick it up & it left the same recorded message. I've not applied for any sort of loan at all.
Received exact same message today (6/17/2015). Obvious scam. Not sure how much information other than phone number. Do not go to site. Norton shows them as an unsafe site.
