called identified themselves as Kevin Mason and the message was a call to warn of an enforcement action from the United States Treasury. I was warned ignoring the message would be an intentional federal offense to avoid an appearance in front of a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. They ended the call by encouraging me to call so they could help me. Interestingly enough they had a British accent.
