Received message as above....legal actions pending. I telephone. Answer was: United States Treasury Department. I asked, you are the United Stated Treasury Department? Answer: Yes.  My response, "OK, I have your recording identifying yourself as representing the United States Treasury Department. Please send me a letter and I will forward to my attorney and the offices of my elected US senators and US representative." Then some garbled language and a hang up.

I love your response!  My husband just called them back and told them they can tell the Treasury Dept. to kiss his ___.  They hung up on him....
