Their tactic of leaving a message with a personal file number for accessing their website - certifiednotice.com - is possibly ILLEGAL in several states because it could allow someone legally in your house (a babysitter, cleaning person, in-law, etc) the information they need to access your account
I received a call with a file number to enter, then it says look up a piece of mail they supposedly sent. I believe their tactic of entering the code number and telling you immediate 'if you are having difficulty, to do x or y' is a ploy.
They captured the 'code' on the first go and that verified you.
