called # back, got hung up on first time second asked if they had any records and refused to verifie address said their was nothing more to talk about then hung up
I have no reason to have a collection agency calling me but these people say my name so somehow they've gotten information about me. I keep calling them back and not say anything until they hang up to piss them off. Soon I'm going to start calling their mother nasty names - that usually pisses them off big time!
I get the same crap and have already called this company several times asking them to remove my number from the gentleman's case they are trying to contact. I get the same empty promises - "we'll take care of it." Not sure what my next course of action should be.
SUNDAY 23 May 2008, MEMORIAL DAY AT APPROXIMATELY 4:30PM I GOT AN AUTOMATED CALL FROM THIS ORGANIZATION! YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! I
NORMALLY DON'T EVEN RESPOND TO AUTOMATED CALLS PERIOD BUT THIS PISSED ME OFF. MEMORIAL DAY! I CALLED THEIR NUMBER BACK AND ACTUALLY GOT A REP ON THE PHONE ON SUNDAY 23 May 2008, MEMORIAL DAY! THE GUY ASKED ME WHAT MY ACCOUNT NUMBER WAS AND I TOLD HIM I HAD NO IDEA BECAUSE HIS MACHINE CALLED ME. I TOLD HIM TO SCREW OFF AND CALL BACK DURING THE WEEK AFTER THE HOLIDAY. I COULD NOT GET ON THEIR WEB SITE OR I WOULD HAVE REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT IN A MORE DIRECT MANNER. THEY MAY HAVE WELL PISSED ON A WAR VETERAN'S GRAVE. THESE GUYS HAVE NO SCRUPLES WHATSOEVER. THEY SUCK!
THIS IS A COLLECTION AGENCY I OWE FOR MOVIES FROM YEARS AGO @THE MOVIE GALLERY AND THAT IS WHAT IT IS.SO YOU MAY NOT THINK YOU OWE MONEY, I FORGOT ALL ABOUT THIS NEVER GOT A BILL IN THE MAIL OR ANYTHING.
