Guy asked to speak with me, I said "can I help you?" Never say "Yes" These guys and others like this are recording your voice to have you say "Yes", and "Your Name" to gain access to your bank and credit cards when they hack you.
Fast talking man calls my direct line then immediately hangs up. Right away, he calls my cell number - strange as I never gave it to him - hangs up as soon as I said Yes.
Caller indicated he was with the USPS. I asked UPS and he said no (as if I was stupid, spelling it out slowly), U S P S. And that they were having trouble with a delivery. He wanted me to take the message or speak with the person directly. I asked for the return address and he said there wasn't one it only shows the delivery address and he rattled off a company address, not ours. I informed him that I will forward to a general monitored voice mail and the message will be delivered when I can retrieve it.
Guy called with Indian accent. Called and asked for an employee that works at one of our divisions in a different state. Asked for their #. I asked what company he was calling from and he said CVS Pharmacy. lol He hung up when I told him I couldn't give out the # but would pass on a message.
