I received the same call of that I had pending case against me and that I needed to call or have my attorney call before they press charges. I have nothing outstanding where they would be concerned.
Received a message from Justin Web stating that it was a check fraud case. I called the number back and spoke to some girl, who verified wrong information for me. Told me that I took out this payday loan from a company called Everest Cash Advance. 1. the bank they verified was not active at that time, 2. I was not employed by any company to verify my income, 3. the address that they had for me was over years old. This company is a scam, I told them that I was going to report them to the FBI and they stated that they were going to issue a warrant for my arrest. These people are so off base, 1st of all you do not get a warrant issued in our state like this, 2nd they have to sue you..........
