I just love these guys. Since I screen all my calls and don't answer calls I don't recognize, this plebe left the following message. "This is Dustin Blake (name could be wrong) with fraud division. I have a pending case against you and if I don't hear from you or your attorney of record, I will submit your case. Call me at 301-476-6070 and govern yourself accordingly." Govern myself accordingly ???? WTF LOL. This isn't my first rodeo with jerk offs like this. Anyone reading this, DON'T CALL THESE PEOPLE BACK. It is a complete scam just like all the other scum suckers that are either trying to collect on an old debt or simply trying to get money for the hell of it. YOU CANNOT AND WILL NOT GO TO JAIL. If you did take out a loan, it's not fraud. Like most people, they take out a loan with the expectation of having to pay it back, but you can't pay it back if you have no money, get sick or loose your job. Unless you knowingly got a loan with false information, you won't be arrested, go to jail or even have to speak to an attorney or judge.
These scammers are up to it again. Called me yesterday and today. I called back and gave them my price of mind. I didn't like the tone or the threat of legal action. Somebody needs to stop these people.
I received a call about some FRAUD case, highly unlikely if they were aware of who they are calling they would have never called. It is a SCAM and I plan on reporting them. The Caller said govern yourself accordingly. I wish I was here to take the call I would have told them THEY better "govern yourself" accordingly" because we are coming for you!
I had been having several messages from Justin Webb about a fraud case on his desk as well. I was skeptical about it so I never returned the calls. The phone calls became more frequent so I finally called back. I spoke to a so-called representative whom had no customer services skills whatsoever. she then transferred me over to a "Pamela Walker" who stated that I owe a company called Direct Cash Loan for a payday loan that I received and I was being investigated for check fraud. I became interested, because it was supposedly from a bank that I actually dealt with in the past. When she told me that the account was closed and I owed restitution fees in the amount $1,127.23 is when I became silently unglued. I remained calm, but asked a lot of questions like if there was a number to contact the company, address, or things like that. she could not answer any questions so I pretended to be ready to make the payment in full and they transferred me over to their processing department who only take credit or debit card as a method of payment. I explained that I wanted to mail a money order and needed and address. The person I spoke with became very frustrated with all my questions and concerns about why I could not receive any information on where my money was going. Its a shame that there are actually people that try to scam people out of their hard earned dollars. I felt like pissing them off as much as they pissed me off and decided to call back and speak to Pamela Walker to let her know I am aware of their scam. I told her I had a attorney on the phone and she refused to speak to him. She hung up on me. This is really sad and I feel sorry for the people that don't actually know about stuff like that this.
