Just got the same call from some Justin got he left a message saying I had fruad charges against me and if I don't call back by the end of the day they will proceed. He didn't say what company he was calling from. I called back some lady pick up the phone and just said "fraud" didn't say what fraud dept. This is totally a scam !!
I received a call last night from someone by the name of Tracey Walker and she told me that she was calling from Weingberg, Miller and Associates in Capitol Heights and she as she was talking, I was pulling what she told me through Google and I told her that I did not see this information in the system and she kept on insisting that this information was in there. She also made a comment stating on how many people have these PayDay loans and how they should not be obtaining them. I then asked her what is this call involving and she stated that this was through Advance LLC payday loans, I then plugged this information into Google as well and nothing came up. I told her I do not see any of this information and she kept putting me on hold. I then told her that could I do a three way conversation with my attorney and she told me no (I laughed) I then asked her may I have this in writing and she also declined. I told her that Maryland law states that if you owe any amount, that we can request in writing this information. She also declined. Do not let these people get you upset. She stated that this is the FRAUD UNIT. This is what appeared on my screen. I told her that why can't I call my attorney right now and have a three way conversation? She told me that they could not do that. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFORMATION!!!!! She told me that she was reading these type comments. So Tracey Walker from some called Weingberg, Miller and Associates, if you are reading this now, the joke is on you. My attorney and the FBI have been notified of this SCAM MESS!!!!!
