Sounded like a computer rotator dial. Deep Indian accent claim to be from the US Government. Accent was so deep I didn't understand what he was saying. When I said I never heard of the department he disconnect the call.
3/03/15 15:42 PST Phone silent all day until I was on another call just now. Since I didn't recognize the number and don't know anyone in Rockville, MD, let it go to voice mail. No actual message left, just several seconds of dead air.
Call regarding a federal grant. Calls repeatedly even though I told them to stop. When I told them to stop tonight he keep sayin uh huh over and over so I hung up.
